Venice Shorts
Film Festival

About the Festival

The Venice Shorts Film Festival is a unique platform dedicated to promoting, and showcasing international and American short films across all genres. We present our finalists twice a year at the Fine Arts Theatre during our free public screening event to support independent cinemas and short filmmaking.

Our seasonal competition nominates and offers marketing and screening to all projects through LA Indies platform. It is important for our team to recognize and promote the power of short filmmaking. We are dedicated to short films of all genres and independent artists from all over the globe.
